REFUNDS & RETURNS
WINCHMAX offer a 30 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
Clearly mark your name on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:
- The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.
- WINCHMAX will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
- Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
- Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 48 hours will be dismissed for a claim.
- We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations.
- Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our courier's safety that they are followed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
