COVID-19 - important update regarding our services.

Amid the concerns about COVID-19, we wanted to get in touch to reassure you that as a manufacturer and a major supplier providing tools to emergency services Winchmax will remain open – our worldwide distributions lines are still working hard to delivery all orders.

Our logistics teams are taking all necessary precautions in order to guarantee their health and safety, while also paying particular attention to hygiene when processing your orders.

In addition, our customer services team remains available to answer any queries about your orders that you may have.

We will do our utmost to keep our website and warehouse running as smoothly as possible as we recognise that now more than ever, being able to obtain emergency equipement is essential.

The health and well-being of our guests, associates, business partners and their families has been a key priority for over 20 years therefore we no longer will be able to offer face to face advice. Any collections of purchases must be agreed prior to the transaction.

We appreciate that this may cause inconvenience to some, however we believe as a responsible employer we must take steps to ensure the safety of our teams. All staff are therefore working remotely wherever possible. Phone lines and email systems are redirected accordingly and we are here to assist you if you need us.

As the recent events have been rapidly unfolding surrounding COVID-19, we are monitoring the situation closely and following the latest government advice, and will provide updates if there are any changes, both on this website and on our dedicated social media platforms (link).
